Job summary

Oncology Voice Network LLC in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join its outpatient infusion team. Qualifications

• Active RN license.

• Strong IV skills and central venous access preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to oncology patients in outpatient setting.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, hydration, and supportive medications as per protocol.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and follow-up care.
• Triage patient concerns and coordinate care among providers and departments.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and infusion team for high-quality patient care.
• Assist with referrals, care coordination, and patient advocacy.

## Job DescriptionA leading outpatient oncology practice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join its multidisciplinary cancer care team. This position provides direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and infusion staff. Key Responsibilities • Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to oncology patients receiving treatment in an outpatient setting. • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, blood products, hydration, and supportive medications in accordance with established protocols. • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, side effects, symptom management, and follow-up care. • Triage patient concerns and coordinate care among providers and ancillary departments. • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to emergencies. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record. • Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. • Assist with care coordination, referrals, and patient advocacy initiatives.
