Job summary

Astera Cancer Care is seeking per diem Oncology Registered Nurses to join our team in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The role involves administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and providing direct patient care to support our patients.

The ideal candidates will need a current RN license, chemotherapy certification, and experience in oncology. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Current RN License and CPR Certification are required.
• Experience as an RN with a specialty in oncology/hematology is needed.
• Chemotherapy Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

Chemotherapy administration, symptom management, phone triage and other direct patient care responsibilities. Travel to other locations when needed for coverage.

Requirements

• Current RN License; CPR Cert.
• Experience as an RN with specialty in oncology/hematology
• Chemotherapy Certification required
• OCN preferred
• Knowledge of EMR systems (preferably OncoEMR)
• Travel between office sites
