Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian for the Medical Oncology Clinic in Elizabethtown, KY. This part-time role (48-hour pay period, first shift) includes assessing nutrition needs of radiation and chemotherapy outpatients and providing counseling on managing treatment-related side effects.

You will offer recommendations to optimize nutritional status and support cancer care, with an emphasis on evidence-based oncology nutrition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in food and nutrition; ACEND/AND recognized.
• Current Kentucky Dietitian license.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or eligible during probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutrition needs of radiation and chemotherapy outpatients.
• Provide counseling on managing nutrition-related side effects of oncology treatment.
• Offer recommendations to optimize nutritional status for cancer patients.
