Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Radiation Therapist in North Carolina, Charlotte area, to deliver daily radiation treatments under physician guidance. Qualifications

• Requires ARRT certification and valid state licensure.
• Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
• Experience operating linear accelerators and related radiation therapy equipment.
• Solid understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily radiation treatments per plan and physician directions.
• Position patients using immobilization devices and imaging tech.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to adverse reactions.
• Maintain precise treatment records and patient progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and nursing staff.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and side effects.
• Ensure safe operation and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
