Details & requirements for this opportunity:- Specialty: Radiation Oncology

- Coverage Required: 7/14/2025 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day. No call
- Credentialing Timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days
- License: An active Iowa state license or IMLC membership is required

- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other Details: A Level 2 Trauma facility is seeking a board-certified Radiation Oncologist for full-time locum coverage. Providers must commit to 4-week stretches with no time off during that period, though time off between blocks is allowed. The practice consists of one physician with no other Radiation Oncologists present during locum coverage. The provider will see outpatient adult patients per day, including those on treatment, follow-ups, and consults, with minimal inpatient volume (0 1/day). Required procedures include Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, SBRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy. Familiarity with Aria EMR is highly preferred. COVID vaccination, and availability to start ASAP.
