Qualifications

• BS degree in an engineering discipline; mechanical/biomedical/chemical preferred.
• 15–20 years of industrial experience in R&D or process development in medical devices or regulated environments.
• Leadership experience managing groups of engineers and technicians; proven project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct engineering R&D functions within the Oncology Platform for new products and modifications.
• Plan and manage R&D programs; coordinate with cross-functional leaders and executives.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance assessment for defined programs.
• Ensure designs meet high technical specifications, quality and reliability targets.
