Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Experience and Skills

Required

• Team-oriented with strong written and communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail and a collaborative work approach
• Experience of working in a laboratory environment
• Basic wet lab skills (sample dilutions, aseptic procedure, etc.)
• Experience in using programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
• Positive, independent, and contagious work ethic

Preferred

• Experience in pharmaceutical formulation or product development
• Familiarity with drug-device combination products is a plus.
• Knowledge of chemistry, biology, or material science

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington, MA. Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H‑1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
