Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of McKesson Specialty Health and US Oncology, seeks a Practice Director to lead operations across our Northern Virginia locations. Based in Fairfax, this full-time leadership role drives excellence in patient care and aligns practice growth with strategic objectives.

The role requires strong healthcare management experience, including supervisory responsibilities, and offers comprehensive benefits and a path to shape a patient-centered oncology practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• Minimum seven years experience in healthcare management, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies, procedures and objectives. Ensures their adequate execution, compliance, and updates.
• Oversees the development of systems to support practice-wide activities and coordinates hardware/software requirements.
• Directs the development and implementation of organizational procedures and controls to promote communication and information flow.
• Monitors progress and prepares periodic management reports and analyses.
• Oversees development of new office locations and supervises administrative staff.
