The role requires senior healthcare management experience, strong leadership and travel to site locations, with a focus on improving efficiency, coordinating across teams, and supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field; experience may substitute.
• Seven years in healthcare management with at least three in supervision.
• Oncology multisite operations experience preferred; strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies, procedures and objectives.
• Evaluates business conditions and advises governing body on these matters.
• Advises and assists in developing organizational objectives and plans.
• Oversees systems to support practice-wide activities based on business need.
• Directs procedures and controls to promote communication and information flow.
• Provides leadership for non-clinical operations supporting scheduling and admin workflows.
• Oversees centralized patient access for scheduling of new and returning patients.
• Leads medical records operations with timely chart preparation and requests.
• Coordinates outside diagnostic testing in line with clinical needs.
• Ensures consistent operational support across all locations and collaborates with teams.
• Supports growth initiatives, service expansion, and new programs.
• Identifies challenges and implements improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Directs preparation of management reports and ensures compliance with standards.
