Virginia Cancer Specialists, an affiliate of US Oncology, is seeking a Practice Director to lead operations across Northern Virginia locations from our Fairfax Administrative Office. This full-time leadership role drives exceptional patient care, oversees administrative staff, and guides strategies to ensure financial profitability and growth.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business field and at least seven years of healthcare management experience, including three

• Seven years healthcare management experience, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and directs operational policies and objectives to ensure financial profitability and growth.
• Oversees administrative staff and office systems to support practice-wide activities.
• Monitors performance through management reports and coordinates expansion and new locations.
• Ensures compliance with organizational structure and mission statements.
• Directs coordination of hardware and software requirements for supporting systems.
• Travels as needed (approx. 20%) to oversee multiple locations.
