Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and manage all practice functions for the department.
• Oversee daily operations, HR, staffing, payroll, budgets, and billing activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, patient service quality, and risk management.
• Collaborate with physicians and care providers to optimize workflows and care delivery.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, cost control, and staffing effectiveness.
