Job summary

You will manage patient care, perform triage, enter chemotherapy regimens into the EMR, educate patients and families, and support the care plan while maintaining compliance with Arkansas Board of Nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess Arkansas nursing license.
• Oncology experience required.
• Oncology certification preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in Medical Oncology under physician supervision.
• Perform triage and resolve patient concerns in collaboration with the physician.
• Enter accurate chemotherapy, biotherapy, and immunotherapy regimens into the EMR.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and potential side effects.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure the plan is carried out.
