Job summary

Genesis Cancer and Blood Institute in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver safe, accurate cancer care. You will assess patients, review labs and vitals, manage medications, and ensure documentation in the EMR.

Qualifications

Nursing degree required.
Unencumbered RN license in state of employment or multi-state license.
Current CPR and BLS certifications.
Valid Driver's License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed.
Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting.
Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, accurate patient care including assessment and labs review.
Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and other agents per orders.
Educate patients and caregivers about medications and planned treatment course.
Document treatment in EMR accurately and timely.
Ensure proper charges and inventory management.
Coordinate triage and communication with the care team.
