Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide care for oncology patients and oversee care delivered by fellows, residents, medical students, and nurse practitioners.
• Participate in hospital committees and education programs within the Medicine Service.
• Maintain VA-mandated certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and CME requirements.
• Code encounters/notes per VA policies and ensure timely patient care actions.
• Engage in research activities consistent with VA policies and grant requirements.
