Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Maryland.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Excellent patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, perform examinations, and manage treatment plans with Radiation Oncologists.
• Participate in survivorship clinic and coordinate care with referring physicians.
• Treat patients across a broad range of cancer diagnoses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and staff.
• Support ongoing education and professional development.

Radiation Oncology NP/PA - Ocean Pines, Maryland

TidalHealth, in collaboration with Associates in Radiation Medicine (ARM), is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Radiation Oncology team in Ocean Pines, Maryland.

Opportunity Highlights

• Evaluate patients, perform examinations, and manage treatment plans in collaboration with Radiation Oncologists
• Participate in our survivorship clinic and coordinate care with referring physicians
• Treat patients across a broad range of cancer diagnoses, including breast, lung, GI, GU, gynecologic, head and neck, skin, brain, and lymphatic cancers
• Work alongside an experienced team of physicians and clinical support staff
• Radiation Oncology or subspecialty Oncology experience preferred
• New graduates with a strong clinical background are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $125,000-$135,000
• 4 weeks of vacation, plus holidays
