TidalHealth, Coastal Maryland, is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology NP or PA to join our Cancer Care team on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

This role offers a four-day work week, no weekend or holiday responsibilities, and strong APP collaboration. The position is based at our Ocean Pines and Berlin Cancer Centers with rotating weekday call and low-volume overnight call from home.

Qualifications

• Hematology/Oncology NP or PA experience required.
• Able to work in a team-based cancer care setting.
• Strong collaboration with APPs and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology patient care and consults.
• Participate in rotating inpatient coverage with no admissions.
• Support care coordination and documentation with the Cancer Care team.

Hematology/Oncology NP/PA - Coastal Maryland TidalHealth is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology NP or PA to join our growing Cancer Care team on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This position offers an excellent four-day work week, strong APP collaboration, and no weekend or holiday responsibilities.

• Competitive base salary: $123,000-$157,000, based on experience
