Job summary

Tennessee Cancer Specialists, part of The US Oncology Network family, seeks a Phlebotomist to join our East Tennessee teams across 17 locations. You will draw blood, collect samples for lab testing, and support the clinical team with compassionate patient interactions.

As part of our lab staff, you will use EMR and lab management systems, follow OSHA safety and Universal Precautions, and maintain accurate specimen labeling. This role can involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomist entry level to experienced phlebotomists welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certificate preferred.
• Experience with EMR and lab systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens from patients as ordered following safety protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain compassionate care.
• Work with lab staff to ensure accurate labeling and timely processing.
