Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy certificate preferred.
• Entry level 0–3 years; senior 5+ years in phlebotomy.
• Experience with EMR and lab management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens from patients as ordered and follow quality procedures.
• Log and maintain inventory while following OSHA and universal precautions.
• Communicate respectfully with patients and staff; coordinate with labs.
• Navigate EMR and lab management systems to support workflow.
