Novant Health is seeking a Pharmacy Tech to join our Oncology Pharmacy team, delivering optimal medication management across all dimensions of care.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, at Brunswick Forest, with a collaborative and growth‑minded culture that values patient‑centered service.

This role requires strong math and communication skills, state registry, and professional certifications; oncology experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Current state registry; PTCB or NHA certification within 60 days of hire.
• Three pharmacy skills experience in acute care; outpatient oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fill and deliver oncology medication orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous meds per USP 797/800.
• Assist with chemotherapy prep following safety protocols.
• Handle, label and dispose of hazardous meds per guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment and pharmacy software.
