Experience in specialty pharmacy or IV preparation is preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• California pharmacy technician license required.
• Experience in a specialty pharmacy or IV preparation preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare IV medications (cytotoxic and research) under supervision.
• Dispense drugs from automated system and manage waste.
• Process retail prescriptions accurately and completely.
• Assist with prior authorizations and co-pay programs.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
