Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for the UCH Amb HOPD Pharmacy (Oncology). This onsite, dayshift position is PRN with pay between $22.14 and $28.78 per hour, depending on experience.

You will manage ADMs, perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, and conduct regular medication inventory audits. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, Colorado Board of Pharmacy PHAT, and PTCB/CPhT certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Colorado Board of Pharmacy PHAT certification is required.
• PTCB or equivalent CPhT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope pharmacy support following evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform duties to promote safety and quality at the point of care.
• Precept and mentor staff where applicable.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
