Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the UCHealth Cancer Ctr Highlands Ranch in Highlands Ranch, CO. This onsite role supports the Infusion Pharmacy Highlands team with day shifts and a full-time schedule (80 hours per pay period).

The position offers competitive hourly pay ($22.14–$28.78) based on experience, with a structured Career Ladder for professional growth within UCHealth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT) is required.
• CPhT certification by PTCB or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Automated Dispensing Machines (ADMs) to ensure unit-specific medication is safely available.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding and bulk medication repackaging while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits of medication inventory to identify expired or near-expired items, ensuring prompt removal and replacement.

Education

Pharmacy Technician certification from Colorado Board of Pharmacy (PHAT)

Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) by Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent
