Community Health Network in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to ensure medications and supplies are provided to the customer accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with standard procedures, Joint Commission, State Department of Health, and other regulatory standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or Indiana Pharmacy Intern License
• Previous IV experience preferred
• National Certification required within 2 years of hire unless you are a Pharmacy Intern

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently select medications for dispensing.
• Compound sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Deliver medications and supplies to the proper location in a timely fashion.
• Maintain contemporary professional knowledge base.
• Participate in the evaluation, development, and implementation of process improvement.
• Perform basic compounding and calculations.
• Communicate with patients, their families, and hospital staff in a positive and professional manner
