Community Health Network is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to ensure accurate dispensing of medications and timely supply delivery. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge, performing basic compounding, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, Indiana Pharmacy Technician or Intern license, and be prepared to obtain national certification within 2 years if not already certified.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or Indiana Pharmacy Intern License required.
• National Certification required within 2 years of hire unless Pharmacy Intern.
• Previous IV experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently select medications for dispensing.
• Compound sterile products using aseptic technique.
• Deliver medications and supplies to the proper location in a timely fashion.
• Maintain contemporary professional knowledge base.
• Participate in evaluation, development, and implementation of process improvement.
• Perform basic compounding and calculations.
• Communicate with patients, families, and hospital staff in a positive and professional manner.

The Pharmacy Technician will ensure that medications and supplies are provided to the customer in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with standard procedures, Joint Commission, State Department of Health, and other regulatory standards.

Accurately and efficiently select medications for dispensing , compound sterile products using aseptic technique , deliver medications and supplies to the proper location in a timely fashion, maintain contemporary professional knowledge base , participate in the evaluation, development, and implementation of process improvement. Your exceptional qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or Indiana Pharmacy Intern License

Previous IV experience preferred

National Certification required within 2 years of hire unless you are a Pharmacy Intern
