Qualifications

• Hospital pharmacy experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all pharmaceutical activities in the pharmacy.
• Establish work schedules and manage staffing to meet facility needs.
• Train pharmacy personnel and enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Prepare annual budgets and review financial reports.
