Qualifications

• 2–3 years of pharmacy technician or related health care experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacy calculations, and related medical technology.
• Certification preferred; first-year certification required if not certified at hiring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and admix medications under physician supervision.
• Verify orders, patient information, and physician authorization.
• Maintain temperature logs and protocol drug records.
• Assist with inventory control, labeling, and billing.
• Clean and maintain the admix area to ensure sanitation.
