Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Program Manager of Pharmacotherapy in New York, NY, to manage a specialized pharmacotherapy clinical program within an oncology team. This role involves troubleshooting pharmacotherapy challenges and supervising all pharmacotherapy needs within the oncology pharmacy.

The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, New York State Pharmacist Licensure, and relevant certifications. This position offers a competitive salary range of $121,792.21 - $190,000.00 annually along with a comprehensive benefits and wellness package designed to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy.
New York State Pharmacist Licensure with current NYS registration.
PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residency training.
Board certification in Oncology pharmacy (BCOP) within 12 months of hire.
Collaborative Drug Therapy Management Certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Manage a clinical pharmacotherapy program within an oncology team.
Develop, implement, and manage a CDTM agreement with physician providers.
Evaluate and report measures of patient encounter productivity.
Maintain proficiency in USP Chapter <797> compounding procedures.
Actively participate in tumor boards for select hematology/oncology clinical practice areas.
