Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking full-time Pharmacists for onsite, 100% closed-door operation with consistent schedules. Starting pay is $140k and up, plus quarterly incentive bonus, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires starting before December 31, 2026.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, current state license, and about one year in specialty pharmacy. Weekend shifts include a $4/hour differential; comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k,

Qualifications

Must hold a current license in the state of practice.
One year of experience in specialty pharmacy preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, and potential interactions.
Maintain patient database with medical history and current medications.
Ensure appropriate laboratory monitoring is ordered and discussed with the healthcare team.
Collaborate with healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support.
Document all communications with physicians, nurses, and patients.
Implement policies for safe procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal of drugs.
