Job summary

Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY is seeking a Full-Time Fulfillment Pharmacist for a 100% closed-door operation with a consistent schedule. Starting pay is $140k and up, plus a quarterly incentive bonus, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those starting before December 31st, 2026.

Location is Louisville, KY with onsite work arrangement and full-time employment. Current schedule is Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 8:00pm, with late-shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and current license in state of practice.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations is required.
• Retail pharmacy experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, interactions and administration route.
• Maintains patient database with medical history, clinical data and concurrent meds.
• Ensures laboratory tests for monitoring high-risk conditions are ordered and reviewed with the healthcare team.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support as needed.
• Documents all communications with physicians, nurses, and patients.
