Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a PRN Pharmacist to join our team across multiple CHC locations, including LHCP. You will support IV infusion and retail operations, ensure drug safety and accuracy, and provide clinical resources to patients and staff.

Qualified candidates hold a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy with active state licensure and oncology experience is preferred. Hours vary, with weekday schedules and no weekends in this PRN role.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD and state licensure.
• Experience in oncology or supportive therapies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist services to IV infusion clinic and retail pharmacies.
• Check orders for appropriateness per protocols and patient history.
• Provide drug information and therapeutic monitoring.
• Supervise technicians in preparation and dispensing.
• Coordinate pharmacy programs, including investigational medications and record keeping.
• Maintain medication inventory for just-in-time supply.
• Oversee pharmacy technician staff and assign tasks.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflow.
