Job summary

Intermountain Health Cancer Center at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist (32 hours/week) to support sterile compounding and oncology medications. You will verify complex treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure timely delivery of therapies in a fast-paced infusion setting.

Qualified candidates have PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, state license, and experience with hazardous drugs, Epic Beacon, and patient counseling.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution (education verified).
• License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and oversees hazardous and nonhazardous sterile preparations.
• Reviews oncology treatment plans in Epic Beacon and adjusts as needed.
• Provides medication counseling to patients and caregivers.
• Ensures safe, cost-effective therapies and timely dispensing.
