Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to oncology patients receiving infusion therapy.
• Perform dose verification and adjustments based on organ function and lab values.
• Oversee sterile and hazardous compounding and maintain compliance with USP <797> and <800>.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff, ensuring safe medication handling and documentation.
