Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy; must be licensed in Georgia.
• Completion of a pharmacy residency or pharmacy practice experience preferred.
• Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.
• Demonstrates ability to provide pharmacy services appropriate to the age of the patient served.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications according to prescriptions and state/federal law.
• Participate in drug utilization review, formulary development, and staff education.
• Coordinate supervisory and operational/clinical activities to ensure quality patient care.
