This Specialist Pharmacist (either Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist--BCOP--or residency-trained in Oncology) is responsible for direct support to Oncology providers, assisting with treatment plan builds, patient-specific therapy/treatment plans, routing of all Oncology EHR builds through the P&T approval process, and general drug information support to Oncology patients and providers. Qualifications

Education: Doctor of Pharmacy - Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist or Residency-trained in Oncology

Experience: Two years of related experience. Requires a working knowledge of standard practices and procedures
