This Specialist Pharmacist (either Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist--BCOP--or residency-trained in Oncology) is responsible for direct support to Oncology providers, assisting with treatment plan builds, patient-specific therapy/treatment plans, routing of all Oncology EHR builds through the P&T approval process, and general drug information support to Oncology patients and providers. Additionally, this role would require likely limited time with accurate management of dispensing and clinical functions within the department, and supervising technician and support personnel.
