Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Current valid Florida Pharmacist license.

Responsibilities

• Verify chemotherapy regimens for ordering accuracy, indication, dosing, and administration parameters.
• Assess and manage toxicities and provide supportive care.
• Oversee aseptic compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous sterile preparations per USP <797> and <800>.
• Lead or support medication-use evaluations and safety initiatives.
• Collaborate under CPAs to initiate/adjust therapies and coordinate care with oncology teams.
• Develop and maintain oncology chemotherapy protocols, order sets, and pathways.
