Qualifications

• Experience: None required.

• CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and document into EMR.
• Assist with patient care needs: meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation, mobility, transport.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
• Support PCA duties and, if moved to PCT, assist with phlebotomy, feeding, wound care, IV/ Foley care.
