Qualifications

• Certificate or Associate degree in a healthcare field and experience in front office operations.
• Experience in healthcare clerical support and patient registration processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls front desk operations and records room.
• Supervises daily receipts reconciliation including cash, checks, and cards; weekly deposits.
• Resolve patient inquiries or complaints regarding accounts and interactions with staff.
• Set up patient financial arrangements and manage patient care contracts.
• Provide coverage for practice management tasks including referrals, eligibility verification, and AR.
• Train incoming staff and manage schedule templates and provider schedules.
