This position supervises, plans, coordinates, and directs staff performances of administrative and clerical duties in support of clinical services. These services include: patient reception, answering incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, pre-registration, registration, patient arrival and dismissal, referral coordination, financial screening, patient account inquiry; cash collections, and updating demographic information.
