Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking an experienced APP to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with Ohio Medical Board rules and institutional policies. The role combines clinical practice, research, consultation, and patient advocacy for individuals, groups, and communities.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s NP/PA degree, Ohio license, ACLS, and a current prescribing certificate, with at least three years of APP experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PA program.
• Current Ohio licensure and ACLS certification.
• Certificate to Prescribe must be current.
• A minimum of three years of related experience as an APP.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues are essential.
• Computer literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook; EPIC EMR experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Practice as an APP delivering patient care and evaluating medical conditions.
• Engage in research, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care.
• Advocate for patients and communities and maintain excellent patient experience.
