Job summary

You will combine patient care with research, consultation, and collaboration to ensure excellent patient experiences, quality assurance, and effective emergency response.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Maintain APP certification as applicable.
• Current Ohio licensure and ACLS certification required.
• Certificate to Prescribe must be current.
• Minimum of three years of related APP experience.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues essential.
• Computer literacy required (Excel, Word, Outlook); EMR experience a plus, EPIC preferred.
• Experience with a strong surgery background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as APP in alignment with Ohio Medical Board rules and institutional policies.
• Engage in research, education, and patient advocacy as part of clinical duties.
• Maintain quality assurance and effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Education

Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

3+ years of APP experience
