The Valley Hospital-Paramus is seeking a versatile Administrative Support role to monitor KPIs, manage databases, process information, and support patients and departments. You will handle materials and inventory, assist with educational/training tasks, and perform unit-specific duties in an evening shift.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some formal medical/business training, and experience with medical office procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; medical terminology course preferred.
• Formal business/medical training preferred.
• Computer experience required; knowledge of Windows environment.
• Previous customer service and medical office experience preferred.
