Qualified candidates hold a BSN, RN license in Kansas, and national certification, with 1+ years of clinical and leadership experience. BLS must be obtained within 14 days of hire; certification within 18 months if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
• 1+ years of clinical experience with progressive leadership.
• Current RN licensure in Kansas per KS State Board.
• National nursing certification in a relevant field (e.g. Nurse Executive, CC RN, PCCN, etc).
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• If not certified, certification must be obtained within 18 months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all care for a specific unit and report to the Dir Nursing.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, employee development, and expense management.
• Carry out supervisory duties in line with policies, laws, and evidence-based practices.
