Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in process improvement, project management, and nursing practice standards.
• Requires RN licensure and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; BLS certification expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing delivery of patient care and nursing practice in a safe environment.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor staffing and resources.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, training, and professional development of personnel.
• Participate in leadership activities, governance, and organizational planning.
• Foster evidence-based practice and incorporate quality improvement initiatives.
