• Directs and engages in treatment of patients and families to achieve health outcomes.
• Participates in recruitment activities and staff development.
• Acts as clinical resource and provides feedback, coaching and supervision to staff.
• Participates in committees to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Ensures budget considerations and cost efficiency within department.
