Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing delivery of patient care during all operating hours.
• Guide patient care delivery and document in medical records.
• Coordinate nursing care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Lead budgeting, staffing and personnel management for the unit.
• Participate in leadership activities and governance committees.
• Support quality improvement and safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Recruitment, orientation, training, and staff development.
• Foster professional growth and service line development.
