The ideal candidate will possess a BSN, a valid RN license, and have at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year in oncology. Competitive salary range is between $113,200.00 and $133,800.00.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire as required.
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of oncology experience.
  • Experience in nursing education or staff development preferred.
  • Professional certification required (NPD-BC, Oncology-specific, or relevant certification) within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with other team members and assess staff performance.
  • Educate staff on policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and support for nursing staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
