Qualifications
- BSN degree required.
- Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire.
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of oncology experience.
- Professional certification required within 3 years of hire (NPD-BC or Oncology).
- Experience in nursing education or staff development preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Implements and evaluates educational programs for nursing staff.
- Assesses staff learning needs and addresses competency development.
- Mentors nursing staff and guides practice changes based on evidence.
- Collaborates with nurses and NPCS to improve care outcomes within units.
