Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required for PDS I; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required for PDS II.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire as job requires.
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 1 year of oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements and evaluates educational programs supporting nursing staff development.
• Interacts daily with staff to address clinical issues and mentor as needed.
• Collaborates with CPS and multidisciplinary teams to improve practice and outcomes.
• Aligns practice with Oncology Nursing Society and ANPD competencies.
• Coordinates and evaluates unit-based orientation and staff education activities.
