Job summary

Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.
Current RN license in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire as job requires.
Professional certification (NPD-BC, Oncology-specific or related) required within 3 years of hire.
3 years of clinical nursing experience and 3 years of oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates expertise in oncology clinical practice and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Supports nurses in symptom distress management and related interventions.
Assesses learning needs and develops educational strategies.
Educates staff on policies and procedures based on evidence-based guidelines.
Designs, implements, and evaluates curriculum and simulation-based training.
