Job summary

Astera Cancer Care in Monterey, CA, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to be the Nursing & Clinical Services Manager. This full-time role offers leadership in outpatient oncology nursing and oversight of clinical support functions to ensure safe patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN, California RN license, and OCN certification, with at least 2 years of oncology nursing experience. Benefits include medical insurance, PTO, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years oncology nursing experience, preferably in infusion or outpatient oncology.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to nursing and clinical support teams.
• Triage patient concerns by acuity and elevate urgent clinical situations promptly.
• Verify orders, labs, and key clinical information for treatment readiness.
• Oversee daily clinical operations to maintain efficient workflows.
